How does AllHours help with board requirements?
AllHours checks your entries against your field's hour target and any limits you set, including direct and indirect hours and any monthly limit. However, the platform is a documentation tool and does not guarantee approval by your licensing or certification board. Always verify requirements independently and consult with your supervisor.
Can I use AllHours on my mobile device?
Yes! AllHours is fully responsive and works on phones, tablets, and desktop browsers.
How secure is my data?
We take data security seriously. AllHours uses TLS encryption in transit, authenticated APIs, and role-based access controls. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
What happens if I need to change my plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing differences. Your data is always preserved when changing plans.
Can supervisors access multiple trainees?
Supervisors use AllHours at no charge. They can view, approve, and generate reports for the trainees assigned to them. Trainee plans limit how many supervisors a trainee can link: Free allows 1, Professional allows 2, and Plus and Until Licensed allow 4. Program accounts for training programs, billed per trainee, are coming soon.
Can I export my data?
Professional, Plus, and Until Licensed include PDF and Excel export. The Free plan includes 45 days of hour logging and does not include data export. After 45 days a free account stays active and becomes read-only until you subscribe.
Is there a free plan?
Paid plans are billed through Stripe when you upgrade. The Free plan includes 45 days of hour logging and does not require a credit card. After 45 days the account stays active, and you cannot add hours or change information until you subscribe. Export and detailed reports start at Professional.
